R Gray Mediators, LLC is a dispute resolution service that is dedicated to illuminating paths to peace by helping individuals, teams, organizations and communities navigate conflict productively and collaboratively. Our mission is to be peacemakers, helping clients understand and navigate conflict with integrity and mutual concern, thereby creating positive change.
Founder and President of R Gray Mediators, Relesia Gray is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics, minoring in Communications. She is a Certified Mediator with over 20 years of investigative and mediation experience in the areas of Family and Education and is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators. Relesia assists parties in discovering the root causes of their conflicts, so they may transform their relationships and create new and productive paths forward.
